Rubenstein Logistics can audit all of your UPS, FedEx and DHL invoices for billing errors. Our 10-point audit will recover the following overcharges:

1. On a weekly basis, your electronic carrier invoice(s) are sent to our attention via email or electronic transfer. We will provide detailed instructions for implementation. 2. Our audit will check for deliveries being made on schedule as well as correct application of rates and accessorial charges. 3. As we identify late packages and billing errors, we will submit the claims to the carrier. Your savings show on your next shipping invoice as refund and/or credits. 4. We provide detailed weekly reports showing all credits and refunds. Custom management reports and GL coding are also available. 5. Our charges are based on a percentage of credits and refunds or a per package fee. 6. Rubenstein Logistics can analyze your parcel shipping rates and help you achieve the most competitive rates. |

Q: W hich parcel carriers are you auditing? A: UPS, FedEx and DHL Q: We haven't had any customer complaints due to late packages. Why would we want to use this service? A: 2-10% of the packages you ship are late and eligible for a refund. These refunds can add up to a significant reduction of your transportation budget. Q: We ship a lot of ground packages, is that service guaranteed? A: Yes, commercial and residential ground services are guaranteed to arrive by a specific date or your money back.. Q: Can you audit inbound packages? A: Yes, if you are able to supply an electronic carrier invoice that includes inbound packages on a weekly basis. Q: Will this service take a lot of my time? A: No. It takes most customers less that 5 minutes a week to send us the package data. We will provide instructions on how to send your package data files. Q: How much will we save by using this service? A: Savings will depend on several factors such as: package volume, service type, package destination and package costs. Typically we are able to recover 2-10% of your shipping bill. Q: How is Rubenstein Logistics different from other freight auditors? A: For starters, we can audit all three parcel carriers UPS, FedEx and DHL on EVERY service level. We then submit all Guaranteed Service Refunds and invoice credits to the carriers.
